Six areas where we've gotten pretty good at what we do
Homes that actually work for how people live today. We've done everything from laneway houses to multi-unit complexes that don't feel like cookie-cutter boxes.
Workspaces people want to be in. Retail that flows naturally. Offices that balance collaboration with focus. It's trickier than it sounds.

The buildings going up today will be around for 50, 75, maybe 100 years. That's a long time to live with poor choices. So yeah, we're pretty obsessive about getting this right.

Last year we wrapped up a mixed-use development in Toronto's west end that we're really proud of. 120 residential units, ground-floor retail, and a public courtyard that's become a genuine community hub.
What made it work? Honestly, a client who trusted us to push boundaries and a construction team that didn't cut corners. Plus about 18 months of community consultations that shaped the whole thing.
